In terms of experimentation and without opposition to brown sugar, any thoughts about using things like monkfruit sweetener or date syrup? 🧐

I think date syrup would work well and still have that deep flavor of fall! I just don't know about how it could affect the consistency... Maybe adding another egg to emulsify and baking a bit longer would keep the texture. Let me know if you try it!
